We believe you will love our products as much as we do, but if you're unhappy with your purchase and would like to return or exchange part or all of your order, items can be returned within 14 days of original purchase date, and must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted or refunded. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed delivery method.
Step 1: Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will only accept returns from products that have not been opened or used.
Step 2: Once your return has been processed and approved, your products must be sent to the address that will be provided by email. All returns should be sent to the following with a tracked receipt.
Step 3: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for loss or damage to the products in transit. We therefore recommend that products are returned to us using a reputable delivery service with available tracking. If Products are damaged or lost in transit, Ignae reserves the right to charge you, or deny the refund amounts owed, that are attributable to the loss or damage.
Parcels that are returned to us is at the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment used at purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as skincare products that have been opened). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
